Consultation and Analysis – After initial contact we offer our free consultation to analyse your requirement and further discuss your artwork specifics in order to gain a full scope to provide you with an accurate quote for the job. At this stage we will also offer our advice on how to minimise your expenses while maintaining maximum results. If your company has a budget to commit to, we can further advise on cost-saving strategies and/or alternate design techniques to meet your requirements.

Research and Planning – Under Client instruction we will collect all relative information and content to be used in the design process of the artwork. At this stage we work on the plan of the artwork and desired effect for your company’s identity. All Client supplied content (text & images, video & audio) as well as any instructions must be supplied by the Client or sourced by us before the ideal concept of the artwork is to be visually created.

Design and Function – The process of designing the artwork using Multimedia Technologies. Open communication between Client and Consultant is vital at this point to ensure that all previous requirements have been met. The aim at this stage is to establish the artwork concept. At this point the initial design is created and provided to the Client so to proof the design of, and if necessary, discuss and make alterations to, in order to establish the ideal design of the artwork.

Development and Integration – The ideal artwork has now been completed and is ready for the next process. At this stage we integrate the artwork to your preferred medium or existing advertising media, whether it is a company logo and graphics for business cards and brochures or animation and video for website, CD Rom and DVD presentations. At this point, we provide the Client with the completed artwork and functional product.

Marketing and Methodology – Upon completion of the product, the arranged delivery will be made. At this point the product can be made available for private or public use. At this stage if required, we will distribute or further promote your product. If this is part of a marketing campaign then your previously discussed requirements will be met.

Support and Management – Initial and/or ongoing support is available if required. We can cater for total management of your entire company marketing campaign including all graphic, web, video and print assets. We also provide an ongoing Client support system that will notify our Clients upon release of new technologies and services that may aid our Clients to lead in their field through company branded marketing, strategic business savvy and second to no other customer-driven service.
