Aeon Multimedia provides the following support system, which caters for 24/7 client coverage through 3 main channels. Online Support Articles, Email Support, and Phone Support are free for current clients.
Online Support Articles
We provide a range of free articles designed to help you get the most out of your website and hosting service. Articles include creating new email accounts, setting up e-mail accounts in your e-mail program, editing your website, viewing your website statistics, and many other options. Why not familiarise yourself with your Online Tutorial via your Control Panel.
You can login to your Control Panel using your domain name with /cpanel on the end. eg. http://www.yourname.com.au/cpanel
Email Support
Our quick turn-a-round e-mail support is free for current clients and new enquiries.
Please e-mail us at support@aeonmultimedia.com.au. You will be responded to within the hour during business hours, and ASAP outside of business hours. Please make sure to include your username, phone number and e-mail address so we can contact you.
The following list is an example of reasons you may wish to e-mail us for support:
- Problems accessing your website (hosted by us)
- Problems sending or receiving e-mail (hosted by us)
- Problems or errors using the online hosting control panel, or online client service area
- Found a spelling mistake in your website (designed and maintained by us)
- Problems or errors using the content management system
- Password resets
The following list is an example of reasons that don't fall under our e-mail support system. Charges may apply for these types of email support. Please note that we need to make this distinction to ensure that our prices can stay as low as possible - if we allowed all forms of support for free, we would need to increase our prices so we could afford it. You won't be charged without knowing it first.
- Needing a new e-mail account created, you can do this through your Control Panel. (you can login using http://www.yourname.com.au/cpanel)
- Problems using your computer or the Internet in general
Phone Support
Phone support is free for current clients. Normal business hours for phone support are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but email support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The following list is an example of reasons you may wish to call us for support:
- Problems accessing your website (hosted by us)
- Problems sending or receiving e-mail (hosted by us)
- Problems or errors using the online hosting control panel, or online client service area
- Found a spelling mistake in your website (designed and maintained by us)
- Problems or errors using the content management system
